Taiwan Travel Agencies that conducts Taiwan Tours? I've booked air tickets and hotels to Taiwan, but need a local tour guide. (ie. I'm not traveling with a tour from my country, but is interested in joining a local Taiwan tour). Is there any decent tour agencies worth recommending?

Are western travel books on the following countires banned in China? Taiwan:- Simply because they don't say its province of the P.R. China or Mongolia due to them breaking away and becoming independent. The reason why I asked is because I went to the big English book store in Wangfujing street, Beijing. They had every book it seems in the rough/lonely planet guide apart from these two, or in any kind of guide. At the same time some one else made the a comment about having no Taiwan guides. Are they banned or I'm I just being silly.

please help me to choose a laptop? I live in india. i plan to buy a laptop. after a broad search, i found dell E1405 and hp dv2000t. i list out my questions now. first, guide to me a choose one or is there any other laptop with 14 inch screen and a decent configuration. i am a web developer. it should suit my needs. i am not an avid gamer. 2. the price difference between US and other countries. I found the price in US for dell e1405 is 800$. will they levy me additional taxes. is there any price difference in purchasing online and directly buying in shops. is it a rule that one should bring only one laptop with them, while they are travelling to other countries from US. if they levy taxes or custom duty, how much will they charge me? I have friends in taiwan, singapore,malaysia. so, if i cant buy a dell r hp laptop in US, where should i buy other than US? I found indian laptops are too costly . let me know if there are service centers in india for dell
