Shopping Markets in Taiwan outside of Taipei?

Is there any well known or lesser known markets outside of Taipei in Taiwan? Like outside markets where clothing and electronics and stuff like that would be sold.

Some of Taiwan’s more famous night markets include Shilin Night Market and Huaxi Street Tourist Night Market in Taipei, Fongchia Night Market and Zhonghua Night Market in Taichung, Siaobei Night Market in Tainan, Liouho Night Market in Kaohsiung, and Miaokou Night Market in Keelung.
