Where are the best tattoo shops in taiwan?
I know all about Kevin tattoo in Shimen (Taipei) and I dont really think they are that great. Anywhere in Taiwan with high quality tattooist's at a reasonable price. Taipei prices are insane but i hear outside of the city things are much different Names and any info would be great ( ie. website)

- there is this place in Taichung Fong Jia night maket the guyswas at one of the tatoo competitions with those guys from miami ink he won a couple of awards dont know abt the price
