Are there any Tatto and body peircing shops in Taipei, Taiwan?

I am from the states and am living in Taiwan, Most of my Tattoo's and peircings I had done in Zhu-Hai,China. But my friend is taking a break and I need to go somewhere the artist can speak English. And one find someone in Taipei, Or know of a shop that they passed by?
