Any good travelling agengy in singapore for Taiwan free and easy tour?

I'm going there in around November for about 5-7 days. Shopping is top priority. oh and any suggested itinerary? thankyou!

1. There will ba many travel agencies that offer free and easy packages. Since you are traveling late in the year, why not wait for NATAS Fair or travel fairs that come up in the middle of the year and get one booked? This way you can save quite a bit plus gifts etc along the way. If you can, besides Taipei 101, SOGO and the night markets, worthwhile places to look at will be Taichung and Kaohsiung for more shopping and to Hualien for some scenic places and lovely seafood. Be adventurous with the food there. The roadside stalls can be more delicious than sitting in a restaurant.
2. Do not know of any agency, sorry, but apart from Taipei's 101 and other major shopping malls and night market, save some time for Taichung's night markets and stores and Kaohshiung. Taroco gorge is fascinating just as well the scenic east coast, e.g. Hualien.
