Should your country also issue free shopping voucher to citizens in order to improve the economy?
Taiwan government issued free shopping voucher to each of their citizen to improve their economy which is based on a similar scheme in Japan in 1999. Do you think your country should do the same too? why or why not?

- Japan is going to do it again; and I heard the US did it with the last income tax season. I think it's kind of a token effort; I don't know if it really will help. It was kind of fun to have "free money" (even though it was really our money to begin with), but we had to buy in our local township, which meant there wasn't a lot of choices as to stores and things. One idea I've heard is that we should buy things for our favorite charities, and fund the things we want funded with that. I don't think it really provided a lot of economic stimulus, but it does make people feel happy. I really can't say . . . but I do wish the government would put the money into schools instead. Or funding alternate energy.
