how do i get my products shipped to me from china, pakistan, and taiwan?

i would like to start a business from home selling products to medical professionals. mainly masks, gloves, gauze, and disposables. i have received pricelists from several manufacturers, but because this is all new to me, i don't quite understand how to get the products from there to here. i keep seeing FOB prices, and i've been told i need to talk to a customs agency, and find my own freighter! what have i gotten myself into? if anyone can break this down to me step-by-step, i would greatly appreciate it.

2. go to your local flea market. they have a magazine that has many companies you can buy direct from very cheap with everything incuded in the price. many differant items to catagories you want to sell from a palat to a full semi load. i've seen full load semi's of around 2 to 3 grand delivered to your place or site included with dollar store items etc. good luck.
